Major credit and debit cards are accepted. A temporary hold (up to $250) may be placed for incidentals. Cash is not accepted. 

Cancel flexible reservations up to 24 hours before arrival without penalty. Non-refundable bookings can be converted to a gift certificate for future use. 

Room rates include a 17.9% room tax, unless you’re tax-exempt. 

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early or late check-outs may be arranged based on availability. 

A government-issued photo ID and credit card in your name are required. 

Yes. Smoking indoors will incur a $250 cleaning fee. 

Only ADA service animals are allowed. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 cleaning fee. 

Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure everyone’s comfort. 

Guests must be 18 or older to check in. 

Up to 6 overnight guests and 10 total visitors are permitted per room. 

Yes! Every suite includes a kitchen or kitchenette, plus modern comforts like Wi-Fi, TV, and cozy furnishings. 

Yes. Parking is $20 per night plus tax, first-come, first-served. Hyundai and Kia vehicles are not permitted due to theft-related recalls. 

Our 1929 building includes accessible features like elevator access, grab bars, and low-threshold showers in select rooms. Contact us before booking to confirm availability.

Yes! The Juneau Room accommodates up to 45 guests for meetings, receptions, or intimate weddings.
